H.R.2792 The Family Medical Leave Inclusion Act: To amend the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993 to permit leave to care for a same-sex spouse, domestic partner, parent-in-law, adult child, sibling, or grandparent who has a serious health condition.

H.R.2232 Clarification of Federal Employment Protections Act: 'To affirm that Federal employees are protected from discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation and to repudiate any assertion to the contrary.'

H.R.2221 Uniting American Families Act: 'To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to eliminate discrimination in the immigration laws by permitting permanent partners of United States citizens and lawful permanent residents to obtain lawful permanent resident status in the same manner as spouses of citizens and lawful permanent residents and to penalize immigration fraud in connection with permanent partnerships.'

H.R.1820 Tax Equity for Health Plan Beneficiaries Act: 'To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to extend the exclusion from gross income for employer-provided health coverage for employees'' spouses and dependent children to coverage provided to other eligible designated beneficiaries of employees.'

H.R.1653 Responsible Education About Life Act: 'To provide for the reduction of adolescent pregnancy, HIV rates, and other sexually transmitted diseases, and for other purposes.'

H.R.1592 Local Law Enforcement Hate Crimes Prevention Act: 'To provide Federal assistance to States, local jurisdictions, and Indian tribes to prosecute hate crimes, and for other purposes.'

H.R.1542 Healthy Families Act: 'To provide for paid sick leave to ensure that Americans can address their own health needs and the health needs of their families.'

H.R.1431 'To amend title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 to establish provisions with respect to religious accommodation in employment, and for other purposes.'

H.R.1246 Military Readiness Enhancement Act: 'To amend title 10, United States Code, to enhance the readiness of the Armed Forces by replacing the current policy concerning homosexuality in the Armed Forces, referred to as "Don''t Ask, Don''t Tell", with a policy of nondiscrimination on the basis of sexual orientation.'
